Add-on for Concrete QuantumPERFORMANCE

Quantum PERFORMACE ADD-ON is a powder premix, which can be added to your concrete mixes as an additive.
The addition of Quantum PERFORMACE ADD-ON improves the fresh and hardened concrete properties and reduces costs. Cost-intensive materials such as silica fume, rock flours and additives can be reduced.

The properties of Quantum PERFORMACE ADD-ON can be adapted to your individual raw materials and requirements.
The fresh and hardened concrete properties can be tailored to your needs and, in particular, the cement content can be reduced and the packing density increased. This has a positive effect on the CO2 balance of the optimized concrete and the products produced with it. In particular, the tendency to effloresce is considerably reduced.

The difference lies in the evolutionary algorithms newly developed for optimizing the packing density of the starting materials and the water film thickness of each matrix particle. This allows an individual adjustment of the fresh concrete workability, reduced cement contents and improved mechanical properties.

Due to our optimization technology, the cement content can be reduced by up to 30%. The fines content can also be adjusted and optimized by adapting the contents of raw materials such as silica dust and filler. Our national certifications also make it possible to achieve LEED or GREEN STAR accreditation.
